【舞鶴】種は船プロジェクト[Maizuru] Seed is Ship Project

漁網を編むワークショップをはじめて実施。かつての漁村の風景のように人が集い、垂直方向へ編み広げていく様子から、漁網が人々の手を介して空へ向かうイメージを得ました。その話を地元の大工さんに伝えると、翌日に高さ8メートルの竹を4本立ててくださり、空に向かって編みはじめたのが〈そらあみ〉の原型となりました。We held a workshop to knit fishing nets for the first time. People gathered there gave it the atmosphere of an old fishing village. When we extended the net vertically, I imagined a fishing net carried into the sky by the hands of people. The next day I talked about it to a local carpenter, and he set up four 8-meter-high bamboo poles in the ground and we began to knit the net toward the sky. This was an original form of what would become Sora-ami.
